Here’s the core of it: a 400V system packed into a 300mm tube, cranking out 2500W of heat. That’s a lot of power in a small package. We run at high voltage for a reason. It keeps the current down, which means smaller wires, less stress on your connections, and less voltage drop over long runs. And that 300mm length? It’s a sweet spot. Long enough to give you a solid radiating surface, but short enough to squeeze into crowded machines and tight enclosures.

Built to Last, Designed to Fit

We wrap the carbon crystal element in quartz. Why? Because quartz handles rapid heating and cooling without blinking. It stays stable, even when the work gets intense. The quartz tube also lets us add a reflective coating. That coating pushes energy forward, where you need it, instead of letting it go to waste out the back. For installation, we use an R7s base. It’s a standard bi-pin end-cap that snaps in fast. That means these panels drop right into existing fixtures—no redesign needed.
