And with a 300mm tube, the heat stays tight on the target, so you’re not wasting energy heating the machine around it.

What It’s Made Of

The heat comes from a carbon element inside a quartz tube, with halogen gas helping to keep the filament steady and cut down on hot-spot burnout. A reflective coating on the tube pushes more radiant energy forward, so more of the heat lands where you want it—and less goes to waste. And the R7s connector? It’s secure, rated for high temps, and it installs quickly. Once it’s in, it stays solid even as things heat up, cool down, and heat up again.

How It Actually Works for You

On the duck line, this panel shines for surface drying, managing moisture, and keeping product temperature steady between stages.
